If you cancel your contract in accordance with the above, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
The prices at the time of booking/purchase apply.
You can cancel your booking/order within 2 weeks, without giving a reason, in writing, by email or by post, unless you have already received any service from The Weaver's Kinship – e.g. a coaching session, a strategy call, documents to work with, access to resources online, or have passed instructions to us to begin a brand project.
In order to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Weaver's Kinship, Klara Foldys, Auf dem Graben 4, 79219 Staufen or via email at klara@theweaverskinship.com) about your decision to withdraw from your contract by means of a clear written declaration. You can use the sample form linked above for this if you want.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send the information about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has ended.
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal within the framework of the following instructions.
The withdrawal period begins with the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment you have either received the invoice for the service you have booked or have finalised your purchase in our online shop.
If you haven’t received any service or content yet, you can cancel your booking or purchase free of charge within 14 days, whereby sending the corresponding form is sufficient to meet the deadline. A sample form, which you can simply copy into an email or print out and send by post, can be found here.
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. This happens if the service that you have booked is already fulfilled within the withdrawal period. This apply for example for all digital products that are downloadable or that grant you immediate access to your purchase after payment.
If you have booked a service which is being completed or begins during the cancellation period, you have to pay us the corresponding amount, which corresponds to the portion of work already completed up to the point in time at which you let us know that you are exercising the right of cancellation of your contract.
